The first annual general meeting of the Huron Heat is coming up fast.
June 7 at the Central Huron Community Complex at 7 pm.
There will be members of the Steering Committee present at 6 pm to collect the balance of the post dated cheques from families.
We would like to have at least 1 parent from each family come out and be part of the voting process for the formation of the executive.
We have director spots to fill on the new board, nominations and voting will take place at the annual meeting. We are looking for people to put their name in for the executive to build and guide this great association.
The steering committee will be at a table collecting post dated cheques to finish the registration of the hockey players in your family. Mandatory fund raising tickets will be available Sept at the start of the season for families.
The sign up table for bond hours will be available to have parents commit to a 4 hour work session per player (max 2).
The meeting portion will have highlights of the Huron Heat Constitution.
The meeting will open up the floor for people to put forth nominations and to vote for 5 directors
