Day at the Races.
The Clinton Raceway has generously offered us the opportunity to raise some funds track-side as they celebrate 70 years of harness racing in Clinton on Sunday, August 21st.
Please get your tickets for the Pineridge
Pork Chop bbq in advance - we need to give the caterer a good idea of
numbers.
One exciting addition - our Huron Heat
apparel will be available at the Races to view and order! Come check
out jacket, pants, hoodies and more and size up to get your order in so that the
girls can be all ready for the upcoming season!
The Raceway is sponsoring the full cost of the pork chop barbecue (catered by Pineridge Barbecue Co.) so ALL monies collected through ticket sales stay with the Heat!

In addition to the barbecue, we will be selling 50/50 tickets and having a bake sale that day. We ask that each family donate a dozen baked goods, packaged and ready to sell. Please deliver these to Clinton Raceway the day of the races by 1:00 p.m. (Post time is 1:30 p.m.)
We would also appreciate some helpers to sell freezies, work the bake sale table and sell 50/50... small groups of teammates would be great with an adult alongside. Please let me know if you can lend a hand (this counts towards mandatory volunteer hours). Baked goods and helpers are needed at approx. 12:30 p.m.
