We are excited to announce that you can now register your players online.
We have partnered with Ivrnet and OWHA to have our registration process streamlined. In the top left hand corner of the Huron Heat web page you will see the "online Registration" tab. Clicking on that will open up a page to direct you to a link to start your online registration. The link is also below.
Online Registration.
Please read through every page, they all contain important information.
For most of you this will be your first time registering, so you will have to enter your information as directed. If you are coming from another association that uses Ivrnet, you may already have an account set up. If that is the case you just need to use your login information from previous seasons to login and register with us.
Once you are logged in you will see a drop down menu "
Select Registration Type:" giving you 3 options, they are
Huron Heat Female Hockey registration.
Fundamentals Learn to Play Program
Huron Heat TRYOUT ONLY registration
Select the first one if you currently play for the Huron Heat and you plan on returning to play for them this upcoming season. Filling this option out also registers you to participate in tryouts this spring.
Deposit fees are due April 29th when you accept a position on a team.
If you plan to only play on a tier 2 team, we still encourage you to come to tryout, It is necessary that you fill out this form by
April 28, even if you are not trying out. If this is the case your deposit is due May 6, 2017. We ask that you come out and practice with your team May 6, at which point we will be asking for a deposit to secure your position on a team.
If you are registering a child for fundamentals click on this option and fill out the information as requested.
Deadline for Fundamentals is Nov. 30, 2017. Payment is due at first skate you attend.
Third option is if you are registering for tryouts only. If you are coming from another association, or if you are trying out at another centre along with the Huron Heat then pick this option. You will fill out the information as requested and then print off your invoice that is emailed to you. Bring this invoice with you to the first tryout you attend, along with a permission to skate form and $60.
You will also find a Volunteer page. It is Mandatory that each family give 4 hours of time towards an event. With limited timelines to get online registration set up, we have not been able to finalize all of our volunteer positions that we will be offering this year. Of the options available we have also included a check box 'TBA' for fundraisers we have not fully committed to yet but will finalize and email out to people this fall. A $400.00 post dated cheque as a volunteer bond is required from every family.
**The final sign up page is not correct. You will have to sign off on the Rugby Canada page, Ivernet is working on getting the final page changed that you sign off on. It does not effect anything at your end. You will get an invoice emailed to you. The amount on the invoice is your players base fee plus fundraising tickets. If your player is on a tier 1 team playing higher then C level there will be an additional competitive fee added to your registration fee. This fee is comparable to last years competitive fees.
Any issues with sign up please email
[email protected] or a member of your executive team to help you.
