Payment of registration fees for 2017/18 season
With the team selection process finishing up in the next 2 weeks, we require player deposits and payment terms to finish up the registration of players. Post dated cheques or e-transfer requests for the remaining balance will also be taken at this time.
Executive members will be in the lobby of the Goderich Maitland Rec Centre, this Sat, April 29, from 9 - 2:30.
Next Sat May 6, 9:30 - 3 pm. to assist families in finishing registration.
For tier 1 players that have paid a $60 tryout fee, the balance of your deposit $90 is due. Novice tier 1 players who had their tryout fee waived, a deposit of $150 is required. If Snail mail is used for cheques, please email so we know that is the intention.
For players that are on the ice May 6 th. Your deposit is due that day. $150.00 if you did not attend tryouts or were a novice player with fee waived. $90 if you did attend tryouts.
Your family balance will be calculated, and we will email you the invoice, to finish the registration process we require postdated cheques. Payments can be made in 1 to 4 installments: Balance due: June 1, August 1, Sept 1, October 1, 2017.
Families need to include a postdated cheque of $400 for thier volunteer bond dated: October 31, 2017.
If paying by e-transfers, you need to notify us that is how you will be providing us with payments.
Other payment arrangements can be made that day with a member of the executive.
