2020 Huron Heat AGM
Submitted By Admin on Tuesday, May 5, 2020
Due to the ongoing CIVID-19 pandemic we needed to reschedule our AGM for this year. According to emergency legislation that the provincial government passed earlier this spring there are provisions in place that allow organizations to move their AGMs due to the pandemic. This includes organizations that have specific requirements in their constitutions for when AGMs are supposed to be held.

The constitution for Huron Heat FHA states that the AGM is to be completed on or before June 30th each year. The legislation passed earlier this spring allows organizations to reschedule their AGMs within 90 days of the end of the declared emergency. Once the state of emergency in Ontario has ended the executive will be meeting to establish the new date for the AGM and post the details on the web site. Please stay tuned for updates regarding our AGM.

Thank you for your patience during this time.
