Reminder to Upload Vaccination Proof by this Saturday night
A friendly reminder to make sure you have uploaded your daughters proof of double vaccination by this Saturday October 16th at 11:59 pm in order for your daughter to be allowed to participate in practices and games on Sunday October 17th with their Huron Heat team. All bench staff also need to upload this as well in order to participate in practices or be on the bench for a game starting this Sunday October 17th. Once you can provide proof of double vaccination plus 14 days to us, then your daughter may return to participating with their Huron Heat team. Thanks for your co-operation with this.
Also please remember to pay your registration fees asap, as they were due by the end of today, Friday October 15th.

Vaccination Requirement:
Each Affected Person is required to be Fully Vaccinated (including the 14-day period after receiving their completed dose) by November 1, 2021 or earlier.
Each Affected Person must present to the OWHA or to their OWHA Member, as applicable, evidence demonstrating that they have received the completed series of an Accepted COVID19 Vaccine by October 17, 2021 or earlier.
