Huron Heat Annual General Meeting, Calendar (Huron Heat)

The executive invites all Huron Heat families out to the Huron Heat AGM.  We will be taking nominations and elections for new executive directors to join our executive team.  We are continually striving to focus on growth and development of girls' hockey in our area.  Executive members are voted in for a 2 year term, We have 7 spots open for new executive team to build on. Some of the past executive have volunteered to take on staff positions within the association so new directors can learn from the exiting executive members.  

***Please Note
a) All proposed amendments to the Constitution, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of The Heat shall be received in writing by the Secretary at least 30 days prior to the AGM. 
d) All nominations for the election of the Directors shall be received in writing by the Secretary at least 20 days prior to the AGM.  All such nominations must have a nominator, a seconder and the permission of the nominee.
e) At least 10 days in advance of the AGM, the agenda, the Director nominees, all proposed amendments shall be posted on The Heat website.
f) All policies made during the year by the Directors (in Article 8b) must be included on the list of amendments sent out by the Secretary.
