Organization - Huron Heat Meeting to expand Executive Directors and Staff

We are looking forward to seeing everyone out tomorrow night in Clinton to take part in expanding our directors and staff on our executive team. This is being held so we can continue the growth of this great organization.
We’d like to expand the Executive from five to seven voting members with a chair, vice chair, secretary and four members at large. At the end of 2019/2020 season all executive members will be stepping down.
We’ve created specific volunteer positions in order to alleviate a portion of the workload on the Executive Members.
Note: that you do not have to be an Executive Member to agree to take a volunteer position within the organization.

• Fundraising Chair
• Referee Convenor – Currently Filled
• Ice Convenor – Currently Filled
• Equipment Manager – Currently Filled
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Trainer in Chief
• Social Media/Promotions/Webmaster – Currently Filled
• Apparel Co-Ordinator – Currently Filled
In order for the Huron Heat Female Hockey Association to grow we need your help by attending an information meeting on Monday January 27th at 7:00 pm at the Clinton Community Centre, Libro Hall. We are hoping that by creating more jobs/positions/and eventually committees (coaching, evaluating, fundraising etc.) it will breakup the workload into manageable amounts for everyone involved.
